Idiot's guide to download from ifile.it:
1) Copy the link and paste it into your search bar
2) Hit the "Enter" key on your keyboard
3) Search for the words "Request Download Ticket" at the top
4) Put your cursor over it and click
5) After it loads, search for the word "Download"
6) Create a new folder in "C:\Documents and Settings\Chris\My Documents\New Folder\New Folder\New Folder\New Folder\New Folder\New Folder\New Folder\New Folder\New Folder" and name it "Class_Shirt_Design" and save the document there
